EXPERIENCE EXTRAORDINARY PRIVILEGES

When you lend your generous support to New York City Ballet with a gift beginning at $6,500, you will receive a highly personalized echelon of experiences and services, including access to the most desirable reserved seats.  You will get to know our dancers and other patrons who share your strong commitment at private dinners, behind-the-scenes events, and invitations to join the Company on tour.  If you wish to share the New York City Ballet experience with your children or grandchildren, you may take advantage of the Family Programs for Patrons .  At higher levels, you may designate your gift according to your area of interest, from choices that include specific productions, new works (New Combinations Fund), conservation of our vast repertory, and extensive education programs (Mentors Circle) that bring the world of ballet to thousands of children and young adults.

Dancers’ Circle $6,500 - $9,999    
All New York City Ballet Guild benefits including:  

• Admittance to the Patron Lounge during selected intermissions
• Season Preview reception in the fall
• Invitations to DanceTracks Talks, featuring dancers and artistic staff
• Invitations to the popular series of New York City Ballet  Seminars
• Listing in Playbill, New York City Ballet’s theater program
• Subscription to the donor edition of New York City Ballet News
• 10% discount at the New York City Ballet Gift Shop
• Invitations to join gala benefit committees

Plus:

• Invitation to the annual President’s Event with dancers and members of the board of directors
• Invitation to a special reception celebrating the start of the winter season
• Opportunities to join the Company on tour
• Personal assistance with subscription orders and other ticket requests and exchanges, and Circle of Friends priority for house seats, including First Ring and Front Orchestra locations

Conductors’ Circle $10,000 - $14,999    
All of the above plus: 

• Increased priority for subscription and house seat orders
• Private backstage visit during the intermission of a performance (limited to four people, once per season, and subject to prior arrangement)
• Opportunities to explore selected works in the repertory in-depth through conversations with New York City Ballet ballet masters and other artists in a small group setting

Choreographers’ Circle $15,000 - $24,999    
All of the above plus:

• Increased priority for subscription and house seat orders
•  Invitation to observe one rehearsal of a work in process in a studio setting
• Attendance to one informal showing of work as part of the New York Choreographic Institute
• Intimate events related to premieres or other special programming
• Opportunity to designate gifts to areas of special interest, including the New Combinations Fund, which supports the creation of new choreography

Music Director’s Circle $25,000 - $49,999    
All of the above plus:

• Increased priority for subscription and house seat orders
• Exclusive dinner hosted by New York City Ballet’s Chairman with special guests
• Opportunity to observe the performance of a favorite ballet from the wings (limited to two individuals, once each year, and subject to prior arrangement and staging considerations)
• Designate your gift for a specific production or program of interest, with special acknowledgement of your support 

Ballet Master’s Circle $50,000 - $99,999    
All of the above plus:

• Increased priority for subscription and house seat orders
• Opportunity to use the Patron Lounge or Promenade once a year for a private, pre-performance dinner or reception, subject to availability (all costs to be assumed by the patron)
• Invitation to one of a series of private dinners hosted by members of the Board of Directors with the Ballet Master in Chief, Music Director, or other artists
• Private viewing of a studio rehearsal (limited to two people, twice per year and subject to prior arrangement) 

Founders’ Circle $100,000 +    
All of the above plus:

• Increased priority for subscription and house seat orders
• The ultimate insider’s look at ballet – begin your evening by meeting the Ballet Master in Chief or Music Director and other members of the artistic staff and hear their thoughts on the works being performed, then view a portion of the performance from their special seats, and join them again backstage to observe what goes on between acts and when the curtain goes up (limited to two individuals, once each year, and subject to prior arrangement)
• New York City Ballet will dedicate a performance in your honor with special acknowledgement in Playbill, up to ten complimentary tickets for you and your family or guests, and a private champagne or vodka toast
