Claire Kim

Claire Kim was born in Edgewater, New Jersey and began her dance training at age 3 at the Lilburn School of Ballet in Lilburn, Georgia. She continued her studies at GAC School of Ballet, International City School of Ballet, and with Rebecca Metzger. Kim attended summer programs at the School of American Ballet, the official school of New York City Ballet, in 2018, 2019, and 2020, before enrolling full-time at SAB for the winter term in 2020. She received additional training at Atlanta Ballet, Miami City Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet. She became an apprentice with NYCB in November 2023, and joined the corps de ballet in August 2024.
